What is 360XR?

360XR is a new way to experience your pictures and videos. We’ve pioneered Extended (Augmented) Reality viewing of your media creating a much more immersive and experiential user interface. We call it XR.

Is this just for 360-degree content?

No, any pictures or videos on your device can be viewed and shared as an XR experience.

Do I upload content via the app or the website?

Both the app and website have uploading and content creation capabilities for your convenience.

Can I share my content?

During Testflight, only other Testflight devices can view anything shared.

Why is uploading content sometimes slow?

There can be several reasons for the slow uploading of content, including file sizes, available bandwidth, router speed, and “throttling” by your ISP (internet service provider). Providers typically cap your upload speeds at 10 mps (megabits per second). Video files can be several gigabits (1000 megabits = 1 gig), and therefore take some time. Can I use my GoPro account content without re-uploading it?

Yes, using the www.360XR.live website you can link to your GoPro account content and avoid having to upload it again.
